The Challenge

The team at Erin Condren came to Jane LA with a hit product in their Life Planner, a devoted community, growing sales, and ambitious plans for the future. Sales continued to multiply year over year, which created operational and customer service issues that took resources away from product extension opportunities. We were tasked with developing and executing a strategy to double sales year over year for the next three years. A six week strategy engagement culminated in a Strategic Roadmap that outlining the optimal course of action for the coming year. From there, we moved forward with a brand refresh, ecommerce redesign, and customer acquisition campaigns.

Branding

The first phase of our strategy called for a brand immersion to redefine the brand identity, and drive internal consensus about the new direction. Working with the leadership team and key employees, we created and delivered a brand guidelines document to usher the company into the bright future ahead.

To achieve the ambitious goals of the company, we developed a marketing strategy aimed at aggressively expanding the brand footprint and leveraging a devoted community to refer friends. Our tactics included search engine optimization (SEO), Pay Per Click ads (PPC), social content calendars, marketing automations, and new customer service protocols.

eCommerce Destination

The goals of the ecommerce website redesign were to improve the user experience for higher conversion rates, curate and narrow the product mix to create more cohesive branded collections and focus on profit centers, and tidy up the branding and design.
